“From NYC graffiti artist, to fine artist”. I am basically a self-taught artist who honed my skill at The University of Central Florida. I capture my love for sports in my artwork. Athletes are painted with essence, power, and grace and with an aura surrounding them which reflects the game they play. Sports art is my favorite subject of choice. I paint heroes of the game and the sport they play on canvas and try bring them to life with intricate detail and emotion. My influences are Modern Art, Pop Art, and Abstract Art. Acrylic is my medium of choice. I use bold colors to capture attention in my abstracts and realness to capture attention in my sports art. I must always stay creative and producing!
JGomez captures sports heroes of the game, from the baseball diamond, gridiron, hardcourt as well as the ring.
